Thomas E. Brown Inc has been in business for over 50 years. We are known locally for our outstanding customer service and repairs that are done correctly from the inside out. We employee highly skilled techs and have some of the most advanced equipment in the Harrisburg surrounding areas. We take great pride in the repairs we due and provide all of the most up to date repair procedures provided by the car manufactures using Alldata. Our shop uses standard operating procedures to assure all repairs are done in a consistant manner and the same way everytime. We have been trained on the 5S lean based repair methodology and have recently adopted the newest method of damage repair "Triage" to provide to most accurate up front estimate before repairs ever begin. Our shop uses a tailored management system by ABW and tracks all our K.P.I's for us. The past five years we have been voted Harrisburg areas "Simply the Best" and Readers choice awards for our outstanding customer service and quality repairs.
