Electronic Dispatching

AutoBody Alliance supports a Direct Repair Program which allows insurance adjusters to dispatch assignments directly through the AutoBody Alliance web site. Insurance carriers create and assign their dispatches through the online tool and receive the estimate back through the same interface that we provide.

AutoBody Alliance utilizes CCC Autoverse for our electronic dispatching process. Any repair facility or other estimate source that would like to receive dispatches through the AutoBody Alliance program will need to have a free account with Autoverse, along with the ability to download assignments and upload estimates to the online CCC Autoverse tool, electronically.

Notifications and status requests of assignments sent to you come from the AutoBody Alliance website, and all information regarding the dispatch can be found on your dashboard. However, everything that you need in order to obtain the assignment information and upload the estimate will be through the CCC Autoverse tool.
