Next is Unit C which we use as our paint department. In this building we have a cross draft booth that have a pneumatech non-cycling refrigerated air dryer and a Devibes drying system attached to the air line system , paint mixing room, and detailing area. Our painter department has its own Valorm paint mixing system. With this system we can match any color using our high tech AkzoNobel camera. We also offer a Astra 50 SL sunlight to ensure the colors are covered before clearing. Our painter has many many different spray guns including a sata 4000 for applying base coat, sata 5000 to apply clear coats then we have the 3m with disposable tips for the primers and sealers. For vehicle that are in a rush we have 4 infratech heat lamps to bake the primer for same day body work to paint booth. In unit C we also have detailing for after work clean up. We have many different buffers including a 8in Dewalt buffer , Rupes buffer, mini Milwaukee hand held buffer. These different buffer allows use to have dirty free, swirl free, orange peel free refinish. Last but lease we have unit D, in this unit we have our Commercial 9000 LB Automotive Lift 2 Post Vehicle Lift Car we also have the ablitly to storage up to four cars inside locked storage.
