What is an Electronic Dispatch?
AutoBody Alliance supports a Direct Repair Program which allows insurance adjusters to dispatch assignments directly through the Quality Claims Solutions Client Portal. Insurance carriers create and assign their dispatches through the online portal and receive the estimate back through the same interface, or directly by email.
Am I limited to one estimating platform for my shops?
No, While AutoBody Alliance has a direct interface with CCC ONE for dispatching assignments in the CCC Intelligent Solutions Ecosystem. We have platform agnostic solutions that provide the same solutions over our own CIECA network.
