Certified Membership Terms and Conditions
Through the AutoBody Alliance Certification agreement, you “the Repair Facility”,
agree to become a member of the AutoBody Alliance
Direct Repair Network and will comply with all the terms and conditions
of this Agreement. In consideration thereof, AutoBody Alliance shall provide all
the membership services to include, when appropriate, the referral of auto body
damage repair work to you the “Repair Facility”. In addition, you the “Repair Facility”,
agree to perform such repair or replacement work in accordance with this Agreement,
including but not limited to prevailing rates/basic guidelines and other terms and
conditions that may become applicable to members of the AutoBody Alliance Network.

AutoBody Alliance reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this
agreement as circumstances may warrant. If you the “Repair Facility” at anytime,
fails to perform any work as required or otherwise fails to comply with any of the
terms and conditions, AutoBody Alliance reserves the right to terminate membership
services. Member acknowledges that the choice of repair facility is the sole decision
of the vehicle owner.
1. It is required that members contact vehicle owners within 24 hours of receipt
2. Member must utilize a form of electronic estimating.
3. Member must be able to receive assignments electronically
and return (Estimate, claim documents, photos) to CCC Autoverse Portal.
4. Member agrees not to charge storage on any vehicle in which they complete repairs
and no storage charge for the first 15 days for vehicles that are not repaired.
5. Member is able to provide digital photos
All members agree that they will provide a written Warranty on all their workmanship,
free from defects and that all work will meet known industry repair standards. Member
also agrees that all work will have a written Warranty for as long as the customer
owns the vehicle on which the work was performed. Member agrees to resolve all customer
complaints and agrees to perform all Warranty work required for all work performed,
in a prompt professional manner, pursuant to this Agreement.
Warranty for Heavy Equipment Repair on Class 6, 7 and 8 Heavy Duty Trucks:
Member warrants that the repair services it performs on heavy duty trucks will be
performed in a professional, competent and workmanlike manner (“Services Warranty”).
The Services Warranty is valid for ninety (90) days from the date the services are
provided or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first). Warranty repairs may be performed
at any of the member’s repair facility locations provided that the repairs are authorized
by the original member repair facility location that first provided the repair services.
Any applicable warranties relating to parts or paint used in the repair services
are solely those that may be provided by the applicable manufacturer or supplier.
If member refuses, after reasonable written notice, to perform warranty work for
which it is responsible pursuant to the Service Warranty, then AutoBody Alliance
may cause the Warranty work to be performed. If AutoBody Alliance performs warranty
work pursuant to the foregoing, member agrees to reimburse AutoBody Alliance for
all reasonable and documented costs necessary to complete the warranty work. Member
will have no responsibility for warranty work not performed by member.
If member fails to perform Warranty work for any reason, including customer preference,
timing or on other reasonable basis, then AutoBody Alliance may cause Warranty work
to be performed. If so, member will be responsible to reimburse AutoBody Alliance
for all cost associated to complete Warranty work.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall be in effect for one year and shall automatically renew each
year, unless either party, for any reason whatsoever, gives a notice of non-renewal
to the other party in writing at least 30 days in advance of the renewal date. Any
non-renewal or termination of this Agreement, still provides for all terms and conditions
to survive in full accordance with their intent.
