The moment a customer walks into our office they are greeted and are made to feel welcome. Our office is neat and clean and the bi-lingual staff makes our customers feel at home. After the initial contact, the estimate is written and the vehicle is dropped off we follow up with our customers every Tuesday and Thursday so they don’t feel forgotten. I personally inspect every step of the repairs as the vehicle moves through the shop. By having an eye for detail in all aspects of the repair process we are able to maintain a level of quality and customer service that puts Rolf’s at the top of our field.
